Phil is thrilled to be the newest member of Home Street’s team. With more than two decades of experience in ministry with other congregations, he still considers himself a novice and is excited that he gets to discover the gifts and culture and calling of the Home Street congregation. As a Co-Pastor he is looking forward to sharing a variety of responsibilities including time spent growing in faith with the younger generations. While a love of good food and regular exercise are a close third and fourth, writing music for the church and building acoustic guitars are his two top hobbies. He is married to Heather, and they have two children.

Judith has been a member of Home Street Mennonite Church since 2003, and she was invited to join the pastoral team in 2015. As a Co-Pastor, she shares a variety of pastoral responsibilities, including work with the worship and missions teams. Her ministry is shaped and informed by her education in theology, sociology, and religious studies, and by her previous work in adult education and community development. She is married to Arlyn, and they have three children. Together they enjoy camping, hiking, and playing games. Judith also finds joy in gardening, playing volleyball, and reading.

Cindy has attended Home Street Mennonite Church since September 2012, when she began her role as the congregation's office administrator. Her duties include compiling the weekly church bulletin, booking the use of the church by various groups, and keeping church records, and other general office duties and communication. Before moving to Winnipeg in 2012, Cindy and her husband Charles served for many years at the Stansberry Children’s Home and Daycare in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, where they also raised their family. Three of their four adult children are now in Winnipeg. Cindy enjoys gardening, walking, baking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
